Running Larger Tires Without Rubbing These 4″ (100mm) springs allow you to run 35-inch tires with the proper supporting components, eliminating rubbing on- or off-road. Traditional 2″ lifts only allow 33″ tires without issues—these springs deliver the clearance needed for more aggressive setups.2. Achieving Lift Height Without Extreme Suspension Mods – This lift is designed to provide maximum height while keeping installation as straightforward as possible. – Only Caster Correction Offset Bushings are needed to restore proper caster and maintain safe handling. – No long-arm kits, weld-on drop brackets, or major geometry changes are required unless you choose additional upgrades. – To re-center the axle after the lift, we recommend EW Front & Rear Adjustable Panhard Bars. These allow fine-tuned alignment instead of relying on a fixed bar that often leaves the vehicle slightly off-center.A FOX Steering Stabilizer is recommended to improve steering feel with larger tires. Extended brake and locker lines help prevent stretching during full suspension droop and simplify installation.If your wheels don’t already have a wide offset, H&R Hub Adapters ensure proper clearance during turning and articulation. These adapters include their own bolts for secure load distribution.3. Rear Spring Performance: Load Support Without Losing Travel – Many springs either sag under weight or are too stiff for comfortable off-road use. These springs solve both issues with a dual-rate rear design: – A firmer primary rate supports extra cargo, roof loads, and overlanding gear. – A softer secondary rate provides off-road comfort and full extension during articulation.This setup maximizes travel while preventing the spring from de-seating during extreme flex. Notes & Recommendations✔ Always use caution during installation and get familiar with the vehicle’s new ride characteristics. ✔ At 4″ of lift, Distronic Plus / cruise control is typically inoperable because the front sensor sits too high—this is normal for lifts of this size. ✔ Speedometer readings may show slightly lower speeds unless corrected on models that support reprogramming. ✔ Depending on tire size, wheel width, and offset, minor rubbing may occur under extreme articulation. – Recommended tire sizes: 35×11″ to 35×12.5″ – Maximum wheel offset: 20 – Most stock wheels will require a 50mm spacer.
