Working closely with King, we developed adjustable reservoir shocks tailored specifically for the G-Class chassis—far beyond generic off-the-shelf options.  1. W463 100mm (4″) Lift SpringsThese ISO 9001–certified and TÜV-approved springs are manufactured from premium spring steel for durability and performance. Shot-peened for a lifespan increase of over 150%, they use progressive spring rates for a smoother ride while maintaining strong off-road capability—even at increased lift heights.  2. King Adjustable Shocks – EW SpecUnlike standard King shocks designed only for 2″ lifts, these units were co-engineered with King to match the full 100mm lift. Stroke length, up-travel, and down-travel have been optimized specifically for the G-Class. No bottoming out, no overextension—just proper suspension geometry and improved articulation. Note: Heat shield modifications are required for reservoir hose clearance.  3. EW Front & Rear Track Bars (Panhard Bars)Our bars use a double-adjuster design, making alignment corrections significantly easier—no more removing the arm every time you need to fine-tune length. The DOM mandrel-bent tubing retains OEM geometry while the upgraded polyurethane bushings improve stability and longevity.  4. EW W463 Lift Radius ArmsCorrecting caster is essential on any lifted G-Wagen. These upgraded radius arms restore proper caster—adding up to 5 degrees on a 4″ lift—resulting in better stability and improved highway control. Our design also includes welded sway-bar mounts and integrated headlight leveling brackets, features not offered by competing arms. The revised mounting angle also reduces stress during extreme use.  5. EW Extended Brake LinesConstructed from stainless-braided hose with DOT-approved fittings, these lines are designed to last longer than OEM components.
