Description Cushion-Slide Crane Stops. Recommended where a cushion-slide crane stop is needed. Drag & Hold Plates Down contact the underside of the rail head and use friction to bring overhead cranes to a stop. On impact, stopping distance varies depending on the cranes weight and speed. Wedge stands 15" above top of rail. Centerline of crane bumper should not be more than 12" above top of rail. Drag & Hold Down Plates are made to fit a specific rail size and section. Do NOT use this product as End-Of-Run Stop. Do NOT use with Gantry Cranes. Always use in Pairs. Bumper Weight: 44 lbs. Drag Plate/Hold Down Weight: 10 to 20 lbs. depending on Rail Size & Section.
