Description Lightweight freight car chocking skate. At 12 lbs. and 17-1/2" in length, this easy-to-carry rail skate is handy for chocking freight cars on flat track with low places, which the rail car tends to move towards. Not recommended for grades, as skate may not hold the load. The skate can also serve as an engineer's "bump" alert in front of a bumping post.
