Description Delphinium ‘Pacific Hybrids’ A perennial which forms a low mound of deeply-cut green leaves. Tall spikes of satiny semi-double, brightly coloured flowers are borne in June and July on tall spikes. Grow in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, with protection from strong winds.
